"Today is sooo good enough.." this cracked me up....sometimes good enough has to be...good enough!

Healthy cost effective meals...it's alwyas the challenge. I am reading Kind Diet...and recently watched Food Matters...it's all got me thinking about making some changes around here as far as our diets go.

Not so sure about the cost but I'm sure there are some in there that will fit into a food budget. Happy Wed!

i made a homemade mac + cheese with broccoli about a week or so ago and the kids ate it up - never once complained about the curious green stuff therein ;-) victory!

Sounds perfect. Your mac and cheese with the baked broccoli sounds wonderful!

You are the second person this week that has mentioned the new magazine. The first was my nephew, who is a real foodie for sure. Now I want to find it on the news stand.

Healthy, budget meals for sure. I would love to know more. I remember a time long ago when I explored meatless meals, we ended up with a really good enchilada recipe. And a made bed always makes me feel like my house is pulled together and in good shape, even if the floors are filthy.

Just catching up on my blog reading since I've been away for a few weeks and saw this...my boss is David's sister-in-law. She is married to his brother so I'm always hearing fun stories about family holiday vacations, etc. :)
