Okay Christina, this is big! I read the book you posted about quite sometime ago. If you are loving it, DO NOT MISS THE FOLLOWING, ALL BY GAIL TSUKIYAMA and in this order:
The Samuri's Garden (I read this one first and fell in love with it.)
Women of the Silk (This one and the next one follow the same character) I read others by her, but these three were my favs. The Samuri's Garden...aaahhhh started it all. The Language of the Threads: A Novel

Hotel at the Corner of Bitter & Sweet was also a wonderful story with well drawn characters. (Not by Tsukiyama)

And one of my all time favorites...
Eternal on the Water by Joseph Monninger. OMG, everyone I have told to read this has adored it! I have a feeling you will too.

Jeez, don't get me started huh?

XO

I love pepitas on yogurt and love the snails pace too. That is where I'm at girl.

Bought some lime marmalade for my toast tomorrow morning. Something to soak up the breakfast blend coffee outside while birdies chirp and I read a stack of fresh magazines.

Wishing you love happiness and great photographs this weekend!
xoxo

Your weekend plans sound like "seeds" of pleasure and joy...I can practically smell the fresh baked muffins.

Ah, also a perfect weekend. I bet the muffins were delish! The cardamon in my coffee was delightful, and starting Little Bee. It's been a good weekend. :-)
