a bit quiet here today, i am loving on that.
i laughed + cried, while watching "the office", last night.
worked with a bit of ginger + lemon, in my kitchen this morning. yum!
am now a regular contributor over at the words to shoot by blog. i am kind of over the friggin moon, about this. ; ) palms clasped, i'm honored.
i was so deeply touched by the royal wedding. so beautiful.
finally got the jellybean cleaned out of the carpet. niiice.
it's left over spaghetti and meatballs tonight.
the storms- southern states, i continue to pray for you.
i purchased this cookbook. and just like so many have written, it's so good! no, it is AH-mazing!
it's a quiet and simple day, with lots of sparkly goodness.

The weather here is amazing after all our devastating and deadly storms. Beautiful skys with a cool breeze! Lemon...oh yes, just made a pitcher of fresh squeezed lemonade...my fave! *lips smacking*

I can't wait to see the Office. It was pre-empted by the Blazers basketball game. Boo! I got teary-eyed just watching the ads for it.
The cookbook looks good...I may have to think about getting it. :)
The storms in the south have left my heart aching...prayers.

Wishing you a lovely weekend. It was VERY windy today and still tonight. I don't like the sound of the wind it frightens me for some reason, but also makes me thankful I have shelter. Tomorrow is supposed to be less windy...I look forward to enjoying some time outdoors enjoying the beautiful scent of the star jasmine in my garden. :-)

I have her first cookbook, but didn't realize that one was out yet. I must confess that I don't cook a lot from the one I have (really, only because I am sporadic with cookbooks at all) but I love to look at the photos. It is so full of color.
