i bought these little ice cream cups, at world market. aren't they adorable? they even come with covers, and those wooded scoopy things. the kids loved them. : )

a lovely summer morning and wishes

it's a lovely summer morning here. i slept with our window open, last night. i can't tell you how much, i enjoyed the cool breeze.

i have been wondering where are all the butterflies are, that usually visit our garden. it seems like i have only spotted one or two. maybe i need to set a chair out there, sip my coffee, and be patient. i do love them, so much. : )

i stayed up reading this book, last night. all of it. i couldn't put it down. i felt this book, on so many levels. a gift from se'lah. thank you, friend. xo

i have extra dill. i have no idea what else to use it for, but i really enjoyed canning pickles with it.

over the weekend

i always find these flowers so pretty. what's the name of them? oh, they are happy flowers, bursting with joy and emotion. unfortunately they are planted and blooming in a center island of a busy street. so what else can a girl do, but go early morning, and smile behind the lens.

the flowers, they are for you! thank you, thank you, for the birthday wishes, the party, the love. i still shake the stars from my head, not believing, that so much love, could radiate in one corner of the world. that love makes my world go around. : ) thank you for making me a part of it. this was my first birthday party~ too shy for the ones i have show up for personally. lol
i am humbled by your kindness.

have i ever told you how much i love balloons? they are magical to me, in the most beautiful of ways.
lets see, i feel inspired to make a few balloons, more magical and worthy.

i still have a bit of housecleaning and prepping to do, for our blog party, on friday. and yes, frosting... there will be frosting. now since i only have two beaters, we will have to share, but don't worry, i will swirl lots of extra buttercream. so get your spoons/fingers ready ; )
