evening

a night time photo of my desk. it seems the darkness, came so early, this evening.

the autumn air, entered our lungs rapidly, on this sunday.
playing
raking
more playing
take and bake pizza- yep!
grandfather hands on the clock chiming
a few christmas decorations finding their way to the mantel
christmas magazines in laps for idea sharing
i'm looking for a english, christmas/steamed pudding recipe. do you have one? i have wanted to make one of these sticky delights, for many a christmas, this may be the year.
jazz in the background
football lots of football on the screen

playing, raking (and jumping into leaves, i hope) & pizza is a wonderful combination. i can hear the grandfather clock in the background as your taking that wonderful picture. good luck with your pudding recipe. my husband's team won their football game so he's a happy man. and i was able to get caught up on all my commenting. have a great night.

If I remember correctly Martha Stewart had a recipe for old fashioned steamed pudding...my grandmother made it when I was a child but I never liked it...maybe I would now? I will have to ask my cousin if she has the recipe.

Your photos bring warmth and peace to me...

I use to make a steamed pudding with lemon sauce, oh so good. I need to find the recipe, it has been too long. It is a lovely evening sitting here with you and listening to Christmas music. I am loving it. Baby it's cold outside is what is playing.
