loving on

today i am loving on...

the sweetest of weather
loving myself enough to schedule my mammogram~ come now, let's be brave together. i love you.
this interesting article
a homemade fried egg sandwich
more apples
paper hearts sent in the mail to me by the coolest of 8 year olds~ eh naw!
the song~ sex and candy by marcy playground~ i love it.
stilla lip gloss in brow sugar~ yes mam!
a drugstore trip~ i could spend forever in those places. cookies- facial cleanser
a good nights sleep
the smell of a bar of ivory soap.
a good hot shower
sharing an extra black plum with a stranger on the train, and watching her bite into it and say~ "have mercy." lol i know right!
big smile!

"while Eeyore frets...
... and piglet hesitates
...and Rabbit calculates
...and owl pontificates
... Pooh just is."

i dig that!

happy day, my friends.

Wonderful! You always give the coolest tips. Listening to the song you mentioned and picturing that cheerful stranger enjoying a plum with you on the train.

Oh, I love all those things! Thank you for sharing them here!
And Pooh...I just love Pooh so much....and all of his friends, too, because they symbolize the 'flaws' in all of us.

Love you!

Today - I'm not loving on this post. It's helping bring me out of an unexplained Eyeore moment. Thank-you. (Your posts always make my half full glass just a little bit fuller but it's only this half empty day I've stopped to show my appreciation - I shall endeavour to do so more often).

This treasured book taught me so many lessons, I remember buying it a total of nine times and giving it away to friends. I do have one copy though, I guess I could read it again. Awesome post...Thank you, Christina

Oh my, but I did laugh. A mammogram and a fried egg sandwich together in the same post. I don't know maybe know one else sees the humor but me, but I liked it. Maybe it is my fried brain after sitting here doing bookkeeping.

I really must read the Tao of Pooh.
