a lovely summer morning and wishes

it's a lovely summer morning here. i slept with our window open, last night. i can't tell you how much, i enjoyed the cool breeze.

i have been wondering where are all the butterflies are, that usually visit our garden. it seems like i have only spotted one or two. maybe i need to set a chair out there, sip my coffee, and be patient. i do love them, so much. : )

i stayed up reading this book, last night. all of it. i couldn't put it down. i felt this book, on so many levels. a gift from se'lah. thank you, friend. xo

hey, speaking of se'lah, it's her birthday!!! happy birthday!  and i am visiting over there today. won't you stop in and say hello? or leave a wish? hoping to see ya there ; )

how is your day going, so far, my friends?

one love~

I always love a little stop-by here. Hope the cool nights continue and reach up this way too, I would love to sleep without the A/C humming in the background.

bridget* not a silly question at all! : ) i went natural with my hair about 2 years ago. it can get dry,(gotta keep it moisturized) but i appreciate my curls. i do have my days, where i have some words for my hair. lol!
most times i throw it up in a pony tail, on top my head. like in the photo. ah... summer days.
a post? maybe. lol on a good hair day. ; )
thank you, friend.

You are waiting for butterflies and I am waiting for hummingbirds. Maybe I should join you sitting with patience. Are you having any fire flies in Wisconsin? I am hoping, it has been so many years since I have seen them.

I've been to see her. And, I have to tell you, my friend, you give good birthday wishes.

I know! There's nothing better than sleeping with the window open and feeling that breeze moving around. Oh, and butterflies! Have had the same one visiting my garden for days now. Huge and yellow and happy.

Gorgeous photos of the garden and the butterflies. Hope you get to see more of those. It sounds so nice to sit in the garden with the coffee and watch for their beautiful flutterings.
