sometimes one just has to pull the fryer out! shh... who said that? ; )

enjoy the homemade pommes frites and spicy, curry mayo.

couldn't you picture us, talking and laughing the day away, over these? yes mam!

....oh man....they really are real and you really are trying to kill me!...I have never deep fried a thing but my mother always made her own french fries that looked like this...malt vinegar and salt was all we ever put on them. These look divine miss Christina!

You know I think I have always had a fear of deep frying...heating up all that oil on the stove....fear of fire, fear of messes...the health issue is really not part of it as I will eat anything deep fried by others:)
