good

how is your week going? i am loving that the sun is peeking out, in such a beautiful way.

the house has been less than clean this week, but we have sat outside a ice cream shop, as a family + laughed until we cried. that really beats a clean house, in my book. : ) pistachio for me, chocolate for the rest + vanilla for my 4 legged, buddy.

+swaying to c.b.r.~ closer Swoon! + boxes filled with cupcakes and rose petals, for friends. +reading + stepping to the streets, to catch the sweetest light, across the prettiest door, ever.

life is good.
i dig that.

one love~

Greetings, good, sweet, Christina! It's been too long since I have left a note, but please now that each time you post a smile bursts to the east of you ~ every time...

I just could not pass, though, on a conversation that included BOTH ice cream and cupcakes. And cupcakes packed with rose petals. Oh my...

The sun is shining (finally) here now, too. And, yes, I am smiling...

Thanks!

P.S. And about the house? I live by the motto passed on to me from my aunt:

Clean enough to be healthy. Dirty enough to be happy...

my house was clean yesterday...sorry you missed it (I saw this on a sign once)
it is so comforting to visit here.
Noticed the changes...I like! I need to take time to de-clutter over at my place!

clean houses are wa-a-a-y overrated!

The light showed up today and it is indeed beautiful. I think the theme for March should be cupcakes, I've seen so many lately, but none as enchanting as one sitting among petals.

Have a joyous day!

clean houses are WAY over-rated. i think you need to clean your soul first, and that comes from enjoying those you love, nature, and life itself.

our sun is peeking out too, and it does help me feel oh so good...

My house is not clean now and may never be again, but I have no ravishing cupcakes to show for it. Alas, I shall live vicariously through yours. ;)

i enjoyed good laughter with my daughter this past weekend (and a not so clean house too). mint chocolate chip for my daughter and for me.
beautiful photos as always - you always seem to capture the most perfect light. i believe it's you shining there.

hasn't this weather been such a joy ?

Cupcakes sitting in rose petals, definitely swoon! The house can be cleaned another day for sure, now is the time to enjoy the laughter with your family.

Family and the memories of special times together far outweighs a clean house anyday! xx

Sometimes house cleaning just has to take a back seat. It has felt like ice cream season these last few days. We ate cones this past weekend. It had been so long... Mine was fresh banana ice cream and my husband had thin mint. Goodness.

Your week sounds beautiful! Laughing till you cry--nothing beats that. And the music to go with it, perfection. So nice to check in with you!

p.s. Pistachio is my favorite. My dad always used to get that for me.

I wish things were as manana as they are on your end, that is for sure. Stress due to work issues, and kids, and work, and kids. My kids are good though, just striking that balance is hard. Out of touch with friends, freaky cosmic nightmares every night...feeling tired. I just need some ice cream I think. Will that heal me? lol
Oh then I'll have a scoop of peanut butter chocolate. That might help.
xoxo
I'll be back with a more postitive comment next post :)
